Refund and Returns Policy are only valid within 3 days of delivery.

Refund and Returns Policy – Clothing, Kids Clothing, Jewellery, Home and Kitchen Categories

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Double-check your order before submitting payment to avoid any issues.
  • Returns or replacements are only valid within 3 days of delivery. Inspect your items promptly upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
  • No returns or replacements will be accepted after 3 days.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.

Refund and Returns Policy – Books

  • Books are eligible only for exchange, not returns.
  • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Books must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition for an exchange.
  • No refunds will be provided for books.

Refund and Returns Policy – General Terms

  • All returns and refunds are subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if we suspect abuse or misuse of our policies.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method.
  • For credit/debit card and online banking transactions, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through bank transfer. To facilitate this, please provide us with the following details:
    • NEFT form (downloadable from our website)
    • Bank account details:
      • Account number
      • Account holder name
      • IFSC code

Alternatively, email your bank details to care@geetikastore.com. Please ensure that the details provided are accurate to avoid delays in processing your refund.


International Return Policy

For international orders, cancellation is only allowed before shipment. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be provided.

In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or has a size issue, a partial refund will be issued upon verification of the issue
